What size should I buy?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are happy to say that we offer free shipping for domestic (US) orders over $100.

What is the return policy?

At Sea Thru, we want you to love your pieces. Therefore, we offer returns on unworn swimsuits that still have the hygenic liners attached within 30 days of purchase.

To get started on your return, please email with the subject line "Return Request" and your order number, item, and reason for return in the body of the email. Also specify whether you would like to receive a store credit equivalent to the total value of the purchased item, or a refund via your original method of payment minus a small processing fee (will not exceed $5).

Once we receive the swimsuit and approve it for return, you will receive a refund via your chosen method of payment.

Please note, any items marked final sale are not eligible for return. For more details, please refer to our policy overview.

How do I start an exchange?

To exchange your swimsuit for a different size, color, or style, please email with the subject line "Exchange Request" and your order number. In the body of the email, please include details on what swimsuit you would like to exchange, the exchange reason, and the new swimsuit you would like.

Once your exchange request has been approved, you will be emailed a shipping label to send your original swimsuit back to us. Once we receive and process the original swimsuit, we will send you the new swimsuit.

Please note that exchange requests must be made within 30 days after receiving the swimsuit.

We do not take back used swimsuits.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Can I get a price adjustment if I bought before a sale started?

If you purchased an item that went on sale less than 24 hours after you bought it, please email and we will be able to offer you a price adjustment. If you purchased an item that went on sale over 24 hours after you bought it, we are unfortunately unable to honor any price adjustments.


How can I contact Sea Thru?

For questions about our products or your order, please email If you want to be an ambassador, or for any other questions, please fill out the contact form on our website and we will get back to you as soon as we can (usually within 48 hours). Thank you!

How do I care for my Sea Thru pieces?

To help your piece last, we recommend hand washing after every use with a mild detergent in cold water. This will help keep the colors bright and the high-quality fabrics at their best. Dry your swimsuit by hanging it in the shade.

Try not to let your swimsuit stay wet or crimpled for long periods of time. If you cannot wash immediately after every use, try to at least rinse the suit (even if it is still on your body) with clean, fresh, cold water.

Please note that Sea Thru does not take back used swimsuits. 

Where are Sea Thru pieces manufactured?

Sea Thru swimsuits are ethically made in Colombia. The fabrics are from Brazil. 

Why do you only make one piece swimsuits? Will you ever make bikinis?

Sea Thru was created from our founder’s struggle to find a cute one piece swimsuit that was trendy, stylish, comfortable, and actually fit her right!

At Sea Thru, one piece swimsuits are the center of our brand vision. They are, and always will be, our biggest focus. To read more - please check out the “Our Story” section under the “About” header.

All of this being said, Sea Thru would love to be able to expand to making more types of swimwear in the future. But, our promise will always remain that one piece swimsuits will never be an afterthought for our brand, as they have been for so many other swimwear companies. 

International Shipping

Who pays for international shipping? How much is it?

The customer pays for international shipping. We offer shipping through UPS and DHL, and you can choose the best method for them at checkout. The shipping cost will vary depending on your location. Once you have entered in your address in the checkout process, the fee will be calculated and displayed, minus any custom or duty taxes.

Will I have to pay for taxes and duties?

Yes, you will need to pay any tax or duty costs that your international package may incur at customs. We are legally obligated to claim the full retail value price of the products you purchased and these values get automatically uploaded into the customs documents. We are unable to offer any refunds for any taxes or duties.

Sea Thru Swim can not be held liable for any taxes, duties, or other costs charged by the customer's local government.

How do returns work as an international customer?

Our return policy for international customers is the same as domestic customers. The item must be unworn, unused, with all its' original tags and the hygenic liner still in place. To start a return request, email

International customers (located outside the US) are required to pay for the shipping of the product they wish to return. Refunds will be paid after the item has been received and approved for return. Please read our return policy for more in-depth information.

To become a Sea Thru Ambassador, you can apply by filling out the contact form on our website. Please include your age, state that you're based in, and social media handles in the message section. To become an ambassador, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. After submitting your application, our team will review it and notify you if you have been accepted into the program. If you aren't accepted at first, we welcome you to apply again in the future! What are the benefits of being a Sea Thru Ambassador?

As a Sea Thru Ambassador, you will receive several benefits! Upon joining the program, you will be gifted a complimentary necklace or bracelet. You will also receive a special discount code to share with your audience, which will give them a 10% discount on their orders. Additionally, you will have a unique discount code exclusively for yourself. And, for every customer purchase made using your ambassador code, you will earn points that can be redeemed for a gift cards to or monetary compensation. Are there any requirements to maintain my ambassador status?

Yes. As this is an exclusive program with a limited number of participants, only active ambassadors can remain in the program. To maintain your ambassador status, you must follow the terms outlined in your welcome email. This includes, and is not limited to, portraying a positive image of the brand (no foul language/images), and posting on social media once a quarter. Yes, you can participate in other brand ambassador programs as long as it does not interfere with your responsibilities as a Sea Thru Ambassador. However, you cannot participate in another swimwear brand ambassador program while representing Sea Thru Swim. We expect our ambassadors to prioritize their commitment to promoting Sea Thru products and maintaining a positive image of our brand.
